When the tree is fully grown, chopping the roots and the tree itself gains Woodcutting experience.Each stage of growth will grant 66 Farming experience. When the tree is still a sapling, Farming experience can be gained for nurturing it.Rewards for killing the tree depend on how much the player contributed to killing it they usually include noted willow logs, coins, and a bird's nest. In addition, if players happen to stumble across the tree as a sapling, they can nurture it providing they have level 15 Farming. To chop the tree, 30 Woodcutting is required, and 30 Firemaking is needed to set the tree on fire, which will cause constant damage to it. The leprechaun will provide the items if the player does not have them. To damage it, players must have a tinderbox and a hatchet. Yew evil trees, Elder evil trees and Dead trees appear in the Wilderness-styled levels in Armies of Gielinor as "tree"-scenery.A willow evil tree can be found while playing the distractions and diversions Evil Tree.As of an update on the leprechaun's log-banking magic now works instantly, instead of just when the inventory is full. After the tree has been killed, the Leprechaun will bank any additional logs cut for up to 22 minutes. ![]() Logs will magically be transferred to the bank and your chances of getting nests will increase drastically. As soon as you collect your reward, you can go and fill your inventory up with whatever you want and then go to cut trees of your choice. ![]() You may want to use the Leprechaun's Magic to your advantage.These are very useful because people will scout for trees and let each other know in the clan chat.
